The whole first year after I retired, I seotppd wearing my watch I had a job where my schedule was intimitely dictated by the time of day It was totally liberating and although I now choose to wear a watch..it's not compulory, and usually use the watch while a client is here, simply to keep me from going to far off their time Congratulations for getting rid of a time addiction. Life is SO much more enjoyable without it. I find that my inner clock wakes me in the morning at the appropriate time.
